The first reply
shouldn’t wait for
the last job.

When your team is on a roof, under a sink, or driving to the next visit, new inquiries still need a next step. We’re building AI phone workflows that connect the conversation to the schedule.

Illustrative conversation. Live AI calling is not available yet.

Fast is useful. Context is better.

A callback needs somewhere to go.

The goal is a useful next step, whether that’s an appointment or a person who can help.

01

Inbound reception

A planned AI receptionist for incoming calls: understand the request, capture the job details, and identify when the team should take over.

02

Permitted callbacks

Follow up on eligible inquiries with documented contact permission, appropriate calling windows, attempt limits, and opt-out controls.

03

Booking with context

Use the same service, team, calendar, and travel checks as the native workspace. If something cannot be confirmed, leave the next step with your team.

Your team stays in the loop.

A summary is only useful if someone knows what to do with it.

We’re building toward a shared history of the conversation, captured job details, the booking result, and any action your team needs to take. Human handoff and opt-out handling are part of the work still being completed before phone launch.

Where things stand

Retell is the voice provider selected for the pilot. The initial agent and booking integration are under development. Phone verification, remaining conversation tools, and a controlled live booking test must be completed before calls are activated.

Good to know

A few good questions.

Ask us directly

Is the AI receptionist live yet?

AI inbound reception and permission-based callbacks are in development with Retell. Phone verification and live call testing remain part of the pilot setup. AI calling is not generally available yet.

Will it automatically call every new lead?

No. The planned workflow only calls eligible leads under an enabled business policy, with documented contact permission and configured calling windows. Your team can take over or stop pending follow-up.

Can it guarantee an instant response?

No guaranteed response time is being advertised. Provider availability, contact rules, business configuration, and the final calling infrastructure all affect timing. We’ll measure actual response times during the pilot.

Do I need a CRM to use LeadToRoute?

No. The native workspace includes a lead inbox, team settings, and appointment calendar. CRM connections are optional; individual integrations will be confirmed before onboarding.
