Scheduling, built around the job

The right person.
The right place.
A time that fits.

A calendar opening doesn’t tell the whole story. Bring service eligibility, team availability, and customer details into the same booking decision.

One place to run the handoff

From “Can you come out?”
to “It’s on the calendar.”

Start with the lead. Choose the service and the team member. Offer an eligible time. Keep the result attached to the conversation.

The private workspace supports native booking, rescheduling, and cancellation, with a shared lead inbox and business settings. Your team can work here without making a separate CRM the foundation of the process.

Connected where it matters

Good to know

A few good questions.

Something else on your mind?
Ask us directly

Do I need a CRM to use LeadToRoute?

No. The native workspace includes a lead inbox, team settings, and appointment calendar. CRM connections are optional; individual integrations will be confirmed before onboarding.

Can it work with Google and Microsoft calendars?

Google and Microsoft calendar connections are working in our private test environment, including booking, moving, and cancelling appointments. Wider customer authorization is still being prepared, and we’ll confirm compatibility before your pilot starts.

Does scheduling account for travel?

Route-aware checks are active in the private pilot for team members with confirmed locations and routing enabled. They account for road time on both sides of a proposed visit, working hours and buffers. Read how it works.

Can I move or cancel an appointment?

Yes, native rescheduling and cancellation are part of the private workspace. The connected-calendar event lifecycle has also been verified for the selected Google and Microsoft test accounts.
