Route-aware booking · Private pilot

The calendar
has room.
Does the route?

Help your team avoid an appointment that looks open on screen but sends them rushing across town. We’re making the drive part of the booking decision.

Look on both sides of the visit

The space between jobs
is part of the job.

A sensible appointment needs more than a free hour.

01

Know the location

Confirm the property address and the team member’s starting location. A service ZIP code alone is not enough to calculate a drive.

02

Check both drives

Consider the trip from the previous appointment and the trip to the next one. A good fit on one side can still break the rest of the day.

03

Leave breathing room

Respect working hours, appointment length, and configured travel buffers. If the travel check cannot be completed, the slot needs review.

A real-world scheduling question

One opening.
Two very different visits.

Your estimator is free at 11. One inquiry is near the previous job. The other is on the opposite side of town, with another appointment already booked at 1.

LeadToRoute’s routing work is designed to check the travel needed for each option before an appointment is confirmed.

Good to know

A few good questions.

Something else on your mind?
Ask us directly

Is this live traffic navigation?

No. The current routing work uses road-based travel estimates, not live traffic navigation. Travel buffers are important, and travel time can still change on the day.

Does it optimize an entire fleet’s day?

The initial focus is whether a proposed appointment fits around existing stops. Whole-day fleet optimization and live driver navigation are not being advertised as available features.

Is the road routing live?

Yes, for the private pilot. Controlled tests verified road-aware native bookings, rejection of visits with insufficient travel time, and reuse of saved routes. Staff locations and travel rules must be configured. AI-call booking and broader customer rollout remain in development.

How much does it cost?

Public pricing has not been set. We’ll agree on pilot scope, any subscription, phone-number fees, and usage charges before you commit. Requesting early access does not start a subscription.
